Rules Governing Your Use of
Bangladesh's Cricket Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the 8am platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform or complete the account registration process, whichever occurs first.

These Terms apply to all users of the 8am platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse the platform without registering, and any person who accesses the platform via a link, referral, or promotional communication issued by 8am.

8am may from time to time publish supplemental terms applicable to specific products, promotions, or features of the platform. Those supplemental terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between 8am and each user. In the event of a conflict between supplemental terms and these general Terms, the supplemental terms will prevail in respect of the specific product or feature to which they relate.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of 8am is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 8am strictly enforces this requirement and will verify the age of all registered players before processing any withdrawal request.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering and using the account for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or responsible gaming restriction that prohibits you from accessing real-money gambling platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or third-party gambling exclusion scheme applicable to your jurisdiction.

8am reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of the account and retention of funds pending satisfactory verification. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to their original payment source after identity verification is completed.

8am does not knowingly permit persons under 18 years of age to register or use the platform. If you believe a minor has accessed or registered an account on 8am using your payment details or personal information, contact 8am's customer support immediately at the email address listed on this page.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money betting and casino features on 8am, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. The registration form will ask for your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are required to provide information that is truthful and matches your official government-issued identification documents.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on 8am. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts in excess of one will be closed, all bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities if fraudulent intent is identified.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8am account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 8am will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any channel other than the official login screen on the platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8am's support team immediately and change your password without delay.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

8am operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard responsible gaming and anti-money laundering practices. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account in your name).

8am may request additional documentation in cases where standard verification is insufficient to establish identity or the source of funds. All KYC documents are processed and stored securely in accordance with 8am's Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 8am are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer is the amount that appears in your 8am account balance, with no deduction for conversion fees or processing charges by 8am.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

8am accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in ৳ BDT:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable per-transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 8am does not apply processing fees to withdrawals. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

4.3 Wagering Requirements on Deposited Funds

Pure deposits (made without opting into a bonus offer) are not subject to any wagering requirement and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification and the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method. Where a player has opted into a bonus offer, the bonus terms applicable to that offer — including any wagering requirements — will govern the conditions under which the combined balance (deposit plus bonus) may be withdrawn.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions and Anti-Money Laundering

8am is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. Where a transaction or series of transactions is identified as potentially suspicious, 8am reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing, request additional documentation regarding the source of funds, and — where required — report the transaction to the appropriate authorities. Players must not use 8am as a payment processing or funds transfer mechanism.

5. Betting and Casino Game Rules

All betting and casino game activity on 8am is governed by the general rules set out in this section and by any product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over general rules in respect of the specific product to which they apply.

5.1 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Sports

Sports betting markets on 8am, including live in-play markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are governed by the following general rules:

• Bets placed and confirmed before a market is suspended are valid and binding, regardless of subsequent changes to odds.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Any bet placed during a technical delay in the live data feed may be voided at 8am's discretion.
• In the event that a match, fixture, or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion criteria for settlement are met, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific product rules state otherwise.
• 8am reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is credible evidence of match fixing, score manipulation, or any other integrity violation, regardless of whether the relevant authorities have issued a formal ruling.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply and are displayed in the relevant betting section of the platform.

5.2 Live Dealer Casino Games

Live dealer games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and other live game show formats are provided by third-party studio partners including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules applicable to each live game are displayed within the game interface. 8am is not responsible for technical interruptions originating within third-party studio infrastructure, though 8am will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuity of service and to resolve disputes arising from interrupted live game sessions.

5.3 Real-Money Slots and RNG Games

All slot and RNG (random number generator) games available on 8am use certified random number generation technology independently verified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game title are available within the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes on individual sessions or individual spins. 8am does not modify RTP settings below the values published by the originating game studio.

5.4 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the display of odds, game outcomes, balance calculations, or any other platform function, 8am reserves the right to void affected bets and game rounds and restore affected account balances to their pre-malfunction state. Where voiding is not technically possible, 8am will determine the appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis. 8am's determination in such cases is final subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 12.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8am offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published in full at the point of opt-in. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to complete wagering within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.2 Eligible Games and Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each ৳ BDT wagered towards the wagering requirement, while live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at lower rates or may be excluded entirely from wagering. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are listed in that promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

8am operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; exploiting technical errors or ambiguities in bonus terms for financial gain; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies during bonus wagering that are designed to exploit the bonus structure rather than engage in genuine gambling activity; and withdrawing before genuine wagering requirements are met by exploiting support processes. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

6.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

8am reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect the terms of bonuses already credited to a player's account. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of its withdrawal or modification will be treated under the terms in force at the time of their opt-in.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using 8am, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from any conduct that falls within the prohibited categories listed below. Breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure of your account.

7.1 General User Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify 8am immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.
• Cooperate fully with 8am's KYC and anti-money laundering procedures, including providing requested documentation within the timeframes specified.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8am platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with the platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker and coordinated betting on live events.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or miscalculated odds to place bets with a guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit outcome. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using 8am to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform's deposit and withdrawal cycle as a mechanism to layer or conceal the origin of funds.
• Harassment: Using the platform's communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse other users, dealers, or 8am staff members.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing a third party to operate your account, placing bets on behalf of a third party, or operating your account under the instructions of a third party for commercial purposes.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8am reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for legal, regulatory, or responsible gaming reasons.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting 8am's customer support team. Before closure, any remaining eligible balance will be withdrawn to the player's nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering obligations being attached to the balance. Voluntary closure requests submitted through the responsible gaming self-exclusion feature are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

8.2 Involuntary Suspension and Closure

Where 8am suspends or closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the following outcomes may apply depending on the severity and nature of the breach:

• Forfeiture of all bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus activity at the time of closure.
• Retention of the account balance pending investigation where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Permanent prohibition on re-registration under the same or different personal details.
• Referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 8am will notify the registered email address associated with a dormant account before any dormancy policy is applied. 8am does not deduct dormancy fees from player balances. Any balance remaining in a dormant account continues to be held on behalf of the account holder and may be reclaimed by contacting customer support and completing identity verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8am platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 8am or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants any user a licence to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 8am content without the express prior written consent of 8am.

Game titles, studio names, and provider trademarks (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the 8am platform does not constitute any claim of ownership by 8am over those marks.

Users who submit feedback, suggestions, or communications to 8am grant 8am a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that feedback for the purpose of improving the platform, without any obligation to compensate the submitting user or to attribute the feedback publicly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8am's aggregate liability to any user in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the total value of funds deposited by that user into their 8am account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8am expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any form of indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond 8am's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, power failures, and natural events;
• The conduct or accuracy of third-party game studios, data providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the 8am platform;
• Decisions made by a user in reliance on any odds, market data, game statistics, or promotional information displayed on the platform;
• Loss or corruption of account data caused by events beyond 8am's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8am's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

8am reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8am will publish the updated Terms on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Changes required by law or regulation may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 8am platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Your pre-amendment account balance will be returned to you in full subject to KYC verification and any outstanding wagering obligations.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these Terms became effective. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the rules governing their use of 8am.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8am is committed to resolving disputes with registered players in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

12.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a betting outcome, a bonus calculation, or any other aspect of the 8am platform, you should in the first instance contact 8am's customer support team via the official support channel. 8am commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to providing a substantive written response within 14 calendar days. All disputes are handled in English.

12.2 Betting Dispute Finality

All decisions made by 8am regarding the settlement of bets, the voiding of markets, the application of bonus terms, and the interpretation of these Terms are final once the internal dispute resolution process has been completed. 8am's rulings on matters of game outcome, technical malfunction, and market settlement are binding subject only to the escalation process described in the FAQ section of this platform.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with 8am's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between 8am and each registered user and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature relating to the subject matter hereof. No oral representation, statement, or prior course of dealing shall have effect unless incorporated in writing in a signed document agreed between the parties.
